At Mountain Mamma Pelvic Health our mission is to empower women with education and a personalized approach to their most personal healthcare needs. We strive to create a body positive environment for all women and birthing people that advocates for a holistic approach to pelvic health, sexual health, and maternal health. Our goal is to work with our patients and integrate pelvic floor function into full body function to get our patients back to joyful and necessary movement.

Dr. Molly Gray PT, DPT, MDT Cert.
Dr. Molly Gray has been practicing physical therapy since 2012 and has a passion for assisting and empowering people with the knowledge needed to return to the activities and movement that brings joy to life. She received her Bachelors of Science from Oregon State University in 2010 in Exercise and Sports Science and then left for University of the Pacific in Stockton, California to get her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Since her graduation in 2013 she has worked all over the Pacific Northwest treating patients with orthopedic and pelvic concerns, and many patients with persistent pain conditions. In January 2018 she had her first son, which opened her eyes to the substantial need for more pelvic health care before, during, and after birth. During her free time she enjoys hiking, jogging, and practicing yoga.
