Mountain Mamma Pelvic Health is a fee for service provider. We are not contracted with any insurance company so that your service is not affected by time or quality restrictions. This allows us to have ample time and better quality of care for your specific needs during each session. We will provide you with a superbill of charges for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement rates specific to your individual out of network coverage.
