Postpartum Guide 0-6 weeks
This postpartum guide is written out of necessity for people who are about to give birth or have just given birth. The typical guidance for the first 6 weeks postpartum is "rest", which is great advice, but does not take into account that you just had a baby, and you will not be able to rest 100% of the time. This guide goes over helpful tools to get your core re-engaged, feeding postures to reduce pain, and very gentle/calming movements that moms can do as early as day 1 postpartum to aid in their healing.
Push Prep
A quick "how to" guide for those getting ready to give birth. This is a great option for anybody who is pregnant and wondering what tools could be helpful in the days and weeks leading up to their upcoming birth. This information is so important for all people to have we're giving it away for free. At Mountain Mamma Pelvic Health we believe that everybody should have access to pelvic floor physical therapy, but at it's price point that may not be feasible. This is a great place to start your journey into motherhood and to dip your toe into the waters of what type of information you can get when working with a pelvic floor physical therapist.
