Welcome to Mountain Mamma Pelvic Health
Specializing in mobile physical therapy for women’s pelvic health in Boise and the surrounding areas. Mountain Mamma Pelvic Health provides services and treatments throughout a lifespan with a focus on pregnant and postpartum women. Let’s face it, our pelvic floors go through a lot in a lifetime, and it’s time that we give them the love, respect, and proper healing they deserve throughout every stage of life. The subject of our pelvic floors, urinary habits, and bowel movements is unfortunately taboo in our society, which makes it extra hard to take that first step in taking control of your whole health, which includes your pelvis. We are passionate about destigmatizing pelvic health and encouraging education and engagement in a whole body and whole health approach to healthcare.
First let’s really understand, what is your pelvic floor? It is 3 layers of muscles and fascia that are meant to support and stabilize your pelvis, hips, low back, and organs, control urination and defecation, sexual function, pump lymph fluids, and play a major role in our posture and breathing. The pelvic floor is a second diaphragm in our body, by utilizing full body techniques and integrating our breath during our specific workouts can help us begin to rehabilitate our pelvic floor before or after childbirth, gynecological surgeries, urinary or bowel frequency, urinary or bowel leakage, and a whole list of other issues that may arise.

This treatment model is great for busy women, mothers, and people who struggle to make it into a clinic for their medical care.
Molly was very professional, knowledgeable, and conveniently came to my home. I was unsure what to expect, but she brought her own table and coverings so everything was sanitary and clean. I look forward to working with her post pregnancy as well.
